To enable our lofty ambitions, we believe in working deliberately on our culture to unleash the fullest extent of human potential by nurturing growth for individuals and teams through the Zelluna Academy. The Zelluna Academy was established with an aim to foster continuous learning and development on both a corporate and personal level.
Zelluna Academy Initiatives to date include:
- webinars and workshops on various topics
- leadership training/ coaching
- Norwegian language courses
- culture development with support from designated culture champions
- learning perspectives sessions
- culture surveys followed up by discussions in groups and commitments made on a company level
